Tacos Huicho began as a dream to share authentic Mexican flavors with the Phoenix community. Founded by the Huicho family, our restaurant is built on recipes passed down through three generations, each one perfected with love and care.
What started as a single location on Oak Street has grown to three thriving restaurants across Phoenix, but our commitment to authenticity has never wavered. Every taco is still made fresh to order, using traditional cooking methods and the finest ingredients.

Traditional Methods
We prepare our meats using time-honored techniques: slow-cooking carnitas for hours until perfectly tender, marinating al pastor overnight with traditional spices, and grilling carne asada over open flames for that authentic charred flavor.
